This will become more clear as the chapter goes on, but these three are absolutely a throuple. I really wanted to have at least a little bit of time spent (this one page, really, haha) showing the casual affection all three have for each other before the story progresses. 

I'm not much of a romance person myself - I don't need relationships or romance in my storytelling to enjoy it, but it is fun to write a little fluff. This chapter *is* part of the story - we're gonna get a bit of loredrops - but this little bit? Some fluff. It's cute! 

ANYWAYS. Once again, there is no uncensored version of Riya here. Well, there's a version with no speech bubbles but there's just a void over his bits. Ehehe.

Exodus almost complete!

We are nearing the end of chapter 1! Just a few more pages. 

When I started publishing online, I had a buffer of 8 pages. My buffer is down to slightly less than 2, and I really hope I can keep up without missing any updates before the end. Comics are a lot of work!

Once Chapter 1 is complete, I’ll be taking a couple months off to rebuild my buffer before I start posting chapter 2. Draft 1 of chapter 2 is done, just doing some fine tuning and planning and storyboarding.

I have a vague plan to tell a side story of some sort during the hiatus, something sketchy and easy to draw. My favourite webcomic, Skin Deep, does Reader Questions, but I honestly don’t think I have A, enough readers to be able to fill updates with, and B, enough content to spark questions I can answer that isn’t already planned to be revealed in-universe! I could post art of some aliens I’ve designed but I’m torn between sharing them early, and waiting to reveal them over time in the story! It’s hard! I have so much planned!
