Oops, I’m a Ditto

Sorry for the lack of update this week! I have been working on it, but the first panel has a lot of details that I reallllly want to do proper justice, PLUS, I'm recovering from VancouFur, and uhh... I did well enough at the con that I splurged and bought a Switch 2 AND Pokopia. I took a rest day on Tuesday to play it (I really needed a downtime day) but that ate into comic time a lot. I probably could have hustled to finish it in time, but I'm soooo tired. I need some rest. 

 

So instead enjoy this art of me as Ditto. And next week will update the real comic.

Exodus almost complete!

We are nearing the end of chapter 1! Just a few more pages. 

When I started publishing online, I had a buffer of 8 pages. My buffer is down to slightly less than 2, and I really hope I can keep up without missing any updates before the end. Comics are a lot of work!

Once Chapter 1 is complete, I’ll be taking a couple months off to rebuild my buffer before I start posting chapter 2. Draft 1 of chapter 2 is done, just doing some fine tuning and planning and storyboarding.

I have a vague plan to tell a side story of some sort during the hiatus, something sketchy and easy to draw. My favourite webcomic, Skin Deep, does Reader Questions, but I honestly don’t think I have A, enough readers to be able to fill updates with, and B, enough content to spark questions I can answer that isn’t already planned to be revealed in-universe! I could post art of some aliens I’ve designed but I’m torn between sharing them early, and waiting to reveal them over time in the story! It’s hard! I have so much planned!
