Fun fact! 

A version of this scene was originally how the comic was planned to start! And instead of the previous chapter, there would be a bunch of exposition to explain what was going on.

But I decided that how I started the comic would be a better jumping off point. There's still a lot of backstory to explain, and now a lot less exposition, hahah.

Except for Seret. He's pretty incapable of shutting up.

I have been waiting for YEARS to draw the Xajuyn! I'm so thrilled I finally got a chance to show them off. Up until now the aliens in this comic have been pretty run of the mill. A bit weird, but mostly bipeds. Some more interesting ones have been in the backgrounds, and some of these species will be featured more directly. I can't wait!

I am also doing Art Fight this year, in between making the comic, and making a costume for my sister in laws wedding, and dealing with my new re-addiction to Ark....

I do this to myself... But I love it!
