Noise Floor – 2.22/2.23- WIP V3

WORK IN PROGRESS

V3 updated - Added text and marketing. It's a surprising amount of work to design product labels, even kind of shitty low effort ones. I did enjoy this one a lot:

It was very much just made on the fly, but it's based on this spray my husband likes, it's a menthol spray that's meant for sore muscles, but he uses it when the tops of his feet are super itchy from his socks, because the spicy menthol pain short circuits the itchy signals and gives him relief. So I guess this is some sort of pain relief spray that hurts at first, but then numbs it? I dunno, I was also thinking of Buckleys "it tastes awful, but it works" slogan.

V2 updated - Flats.

Next is to finish adding text and designing marketing for all the products she's looking at. Which... I am not good at, so we'll see how it goes.

Okay, so Life won't just leave me alone. And then of course I decide that the next page needs to be a 2 page spread. GOOD JOB, ME.

There was no way this was getting finished on time, and I've been working as much as I could for a week on this. For reference, an average comic page takes me 10-15 hours, according to clip Studio's timestamps.

This page, in the state it currently is in, is already clocking in at nearly 30 hours, and that doesn't include all the time I spend staring at my screen making decisions, stopping to find references for things, or making my *own* references by posing with a screwdriver...

So once it became clear that I was not going to finish on time, not even close, I decided to do something fun? instead.

This is the WIP as of 11pm thursday night. My goal is for this page to be done by next friday (which will still be challenging because we're hosting our friend from the US. Hi Jasper!), but every night, or at every notable stopping point, I'll replace the current page with where I am. So sort of like the slowest livestream known to man, hehe.  I'll edit the title to which 'version' it is everytime, so feel free to check back! You might have to hard reset the page to clear the cache (Shift-f5).

I'll also try to posted each WIP as I replace them down below.
